Privacy Notice

Bedrock Gifts adheres to a strict privacy policy that means your information will not be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed.

 

Shipping Policy

In order to best serve our customers, we ship our products from our warehouse location. We reserve the right use the shipping carrier that is most appropriate for each product and is the most cost effective for our customer.

 

Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping is indicated prior to checkout. Shipping costs are based upon the weight and the shipping method selected for each item ordered. In some unusual cases, the actual shipping charge may be more or less than the amount calculated. If this situation should occur, we contact you by e-mail immediately, and your credit card charge will be adjusted appropriately.

 

Delivery calculation time does NOT include the day of shipping, weekends, or holidays. No shipping on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Delivery is not available for Sunday or on a major holiday.

 

Please enter your shipping address carefully! A $15 fee will be charged to you if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If this occurs, you will be notified by e-mail.

 

International Shipments

Our shopping cart is not currently set up to ship outside the United States. However, if you live in Canada, please send an e-mail for shipping information: jnelson@bedrockgifts.com.

 

PO Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes at this time. We would be happy to deliver any item(s) to your home/business address for you to forward to a special someone at an APO or FPO box.

 

Refunds Policy

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. However, we must put item and time limitations on returns.

 

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please e-mail us within 10 days of shipping date for return instructions. We cannot accept any returns without a valid return authorization. Items that are returned without the proper authorization will incur a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 15 days from the date your item was shipped for a full refund, less shipping and handling fees.*

 

Any refunds issued will be as a credit to the original credit card used for purchase through PayPal. Cash refunds cannot be issued.

 

* Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except in the case of broken or defective merchandise.
